    Summary: First a review of basic characteristics of the building is given.The structures that participate in the investment and realization of the building under construction are mentioned.The basic characteristics of the airconditioning system of the Shopping Centre as wellas the basic principle of the Garages ventilation system are described.Also the characteristic solutions of air supply to and drain form the building are displeyed.A review of characteristic solution of air distribution in the Shopping Centre is given.Separately a review of building specialities regarding connected to the architectural physics and concerning the adaption of a bigger overall heat-transfer coefficient than the regular is given,pointing to non-standard way of energy economizing that will,I hope,trough a disccussion lead to the new qualities in energy expenses evaluation by the rational projecting of the system in speciffic buildings.

    Summary: The paper presents basic principles of energy storage in cooling plants of thermotechnical airconditioning systems.The basic characteristics of particular systems are described and a comparative review is given.Also carried-out is an energy consumption comparative analysis of a cooling plant with and without energy storage.On the basis of investment costs the justifiableness of energy storage system building-in is analysed.By means of histograms,a comparative review of daily required cooling energy,respectively electric energy consumption,for characteristical storage strategies,is given.

    Summary: The basic physical principals of noise creation,spreading and shown in the paper.The basic criteria of sound pressure level estimation(NR and NC criterion) are shown and analyzed,and the nonlinear NR criterion diagram allowing higher accuracy is elaboratid.Calculation methods to astimate installation elements ensuring permitted levels of acoustical pressure are cited.The developed acoustical calculation software for HVAC systems is shown.

    Summary: The thesis represents a contribution to the analysis of hot waterconsumption end preparation in households. Local and centralizedsystems are described. Along with the description of the meritsand demerits of bath systems, the architectural and spatialdisposition conditions of the equipment are also given. The experimental part covers the measurements of hot waterconsumption in a building with 250 appartments for one yearperiod. The results are statistically systematized and shown intables and diagrams. A comparison with the standards was alsodone. For the purpose of determing the hot water tank capacity inrelation to the number and the average size of appartments agraph and corresponding mathematical formulas were derived. Theproposed calculation methodis suitable for the design ofcentralized hot water preparation systems.
