Summary: Pursuit of vessel because of criminal act, as a very
complex action, demands to be treated as a special legal regime in detailed
and easily undrstood. However, in actual Croatian legislature such a
requirement is not met in full, and this is thrue for many foreign
legislatures as well. In order to satisfy mentioned requirement it is
unavoidable to analyse all factual and legal elements of pursuit, as an
international, as well as national legal institute. A complex, synthetical
approach, requirtes, first of all, interdisciplinary analyses of the number
of different kinds of questions.
