Summary: The Gibbs' fundamental form, as the most general
mathematicalmodel for describing thermodynamic systems and their changes
ofcondition, has been used in its modified form to generalize thedefinition
of exergy. From the mathematical formulation of thegeneralized definition
of exergy mathematical expressions forexergy of a simple immovable closed
thermodynamical system aswell as of a simple open thermodynamical system
with stationarychanges of condition are derived.

Basic principles for numerical procedure of kinematic synthesisof feasible
design variants of the mechanism are given. Fiveessential criteria of
valuation are defined by the analysis ofdifferential angular
displacements.Interdependences between thecriteria have been established.It
is demonstrated thatrequirement for the symmetry of the number of turns of
thesteering wheel is not acceptable as the only criterion for
designselection.
