Summary: Dwellings are the basic particles of the
residentialarchitecture. Their useability is the most
outstandingqualitative criterion in a flat building. In this work are
beingresearched indicators of feasibility which are visible in thedwelling

Summary: Croatian building renewal - whwn the war is over and the
necessary building conditions are established - will probably occur in
spurts. This may have bot positive and negative consequences. As a
largescale project is in question it has to be planed - which may imply a
risk of monotony and disharmony as regards the existing architectural
context. Also, it may lead to technological and economic failures due to
the lack of time necessary for making correct decisions. This research work
examines the elements for making conceptually corect building, planning,
technological and design decisions, emphasising their weight in the early
phases of planning and design - which should help to reduce probable
mistakes both in quantity and quality, or prevent erroneous consideration
unavoidable in large-scale, planned and time limited undertakings.

Summary: Panel prefabrication has been widely utilized but often
disputed construction technology. Its application in certain construction
situations is undoubtfully suitable. Besides technological simplicity and
efficiency panel prefabrication is characterized by certain morphological
inertia, particularly emphasized in large panel prefabrication as most
oftenly utilized type. Technological, architectural and structural features
of panel prefabrication are examined in the article, including its
competitiveness in future construction.

Summary: The utilization of integral building technology systems
decreases in current construction, while the number of building constructed
by combination of operations from different technological systems is
rising. Partial precasting is a flexibil construction method, mostly
accessible even on lesser technological level. Two levels of utilization
can be identified, the reccurent one, which can be denominated as integral
system (of partial precasting), and the unique one, pertaining to
particular buildings, more frequent in recent construction.

Summary: Results of new technological developments do influence
although architecture has become more inert than other technical sciences.
New materials are introduced more frequently in the construction process,
with synthetic fabric and other structural parts needed to build tent
structures just a small part of what new technology can offer. Structures
made of fabric are nowdays widely utilized in construction, particularly
for sport facilities, exibition and market halls, due to their small weight
which allows large spans and also because of disassembly. Their expansion
in recent construction has been mostly confined to developed countries, but
with pronounced tendencies towards utilization in technologically less
developed countries.
