Summary: It is done short review of Politeo's life and philosophy.
The contribution to all philosophical disciplines, he used the term
"philosophy fo science" already in 1855. He anticipated and surpassed the
phenomenology, also marked some themas of existentialism (temporalization,
limit of freedom). His central interest was the moral as internal moral
reform, man's self-limitation, resposibility, strengthening of justice and
legal state.

Summary: The thought and the language for Politeo are paralleled by
their degrees of developments and they occur by common law which is formed
under different circumstances. The lanugage decodes our soul, theirs
source, but it is more close to soul on the lower level, al symbolic
language and less on higher level as cognitive language. Politeo's
treatment permits parallels with the recent interpretation of language
(Wittgenstein) and of thought (Clark 1989); Bechtel, Lycan 1990).

Summary: Now discovered Blue note book affirms Politeo's original
view - ethnical naturalism, wich surpasses his contemporaries Brentano and
Meinong reminding the recent english ethical neoaristoteliansim. He
stresses the form of our "psychical organism" by classical moral principle
through struggle against evil, what emphasizes the choice (later Hampshire)
and the importance of social apect of moral fact (later Hampshire,
MacIntyre). Between moral emotions he stresses the discrepance between
ambition and respect, and the game between intimate and political freedom
(later Crick).

Summary: In a thus far unpublished manuscripts Politeo further
developed his theory of morality. It is clearer its origin from
Bentham-Mill's utilitarianism (main terms), but the differences too which
are more visible in the conception of freedom. He comenced from the
negative aspect of freedom to its positive aspect throught religion.
Politeo's conception encounters Christian democracy.
