Summary: The work deals with 680 objects from Sisak, which pertain
to artand craft production from the first to fourth centuries AD, aswell to
later dates, and which are divided into thirteen groupsas follows: pins,
ear-rings, necklaces, bracelets, finger-rings,pendants, fibulae, buckles,
strap terminals, plates, studs,buttons and rings (T.I-T.XXXV). The majority
of this objects wascollected during several cleaning of the bed of river
Kupa andreached the Archaeological Museum in Zagreb as well as by giftsand
purchases.

from thefirst to third centuries, founded in Sisak, are
published(T.I-T.III). They are divided into several smaller groups, on

Summary: The group of more than one hundred examples of small
metalobjects of every day use (T.1-T.8), from the Roman province
ofPannonia, is analyzed in this article. Most examples are from themiddle
and late Roman period. In addition to bracelets andfibulae, which are most
numerous, the group also includes otherexamples of jewellery, such as rings
and pendants, as well asbelt elements and decorative parts of horse
equipment, of whichsome are more luxurious examples of commonly produced
cast itemsor individually manufactured well stamped sheetmetal products
ofvarious purpose.

Summary: At the foot of the western city-walls of the town of Krk,
twelvelarge stone block, so called "megaliths", were found. Judging bythe
character of the masonry and their location, it can beassumed that they
derived from the construction of the walls andthat they were used
secondarily for the building whosefoundations were found under the walls
during archaeologicalinvestigations.

Summary: The study is concentrated on metal production in Siscia
mostly from Early Roman Imperial period. The itemes are attributed to the
local manufacture. With this attribution it is possible to present the
scope character of local production and to define its location within the
urban core of Roman Siscia.

Summary: The author reveals results of the archaeological researches
inthe Franciscan church of Sv.Marija that contribute to the fact ofthe
presence of the Reformed monks on the island of Krk. Theresearches revealed
substructures and architectural elements ofthe three-nave Romanesque
basilica with three apses. The findsconfirmed that the church was built
under the architectonicprinciple of the Benedictine order which can be
recognized in thechurches of Sv.Lucija and Sv.Mihovil on the island of Krk.
Thosechurches have a tower at the west fasade as an
interestingarchitectural element of the early medieval period which is
onlypartially discussed in the article.
