Sažetak: We study the time evolution of the deformed Jaynes-Cummings model (DJCM). It is shown that the standard JCM and its recent non-linear generalizations involving the intensity-dependent coupling and/or the multiphoton coupling are only particular cases of the DJCM.

Sažetak: It is shown that various variants of the deformed Jaynes-Cummings model (JCM) correspond to the JCM with an intensity-dependent coupling characterized by two additional phenomenological parameters (p,q).The quantum collapse and revival effects and the squeezing properties of a particular variant of the (p,q)-deformed JCM are studied numerically.

Sažetak: Assuming that leading particles in high-energy hadronic and nuclear collisions become sources of a classical pion field, we show that the direct production of pions favours Centauro events and that the production of pions through the rho-type channel favours anti-Centauro events.

Sažetak: We study a Centauro-type phenomenon in high-energy heavy-ion collisions by assuming that pions are produced semiclassically both directly and in pairs through the isovector channel. We show that the Centauro-type effect is strongly suppressed if large number of pions are produced in isovector pairs.

Sažetak: The formation of colloidal and liquid crystalline aggregates of aluminium dodecylbenzenesulphonate was investigated by light scattering and polarizing microscopy. Applying a fractal approach, some aggregates can be considered as multifractals and some as fractals, depending on the slope of the lnI(Q) versus lnQ plots.
