Summary: Research on new technologies and possibilities of application in the research, development and production of hardware elements for telecommunication networks. Establishing of laboratories for experimental testing of the application of new technologies and technological solutions. Development of software aids for hardware element design. All this is the technological basis forthe research, development and production of hardware elements of digital telecommunication networks with integrated services.

Research goals: The aim of the research is to produce our own technological basis for the research, development and production of Integrated Services Digital Networks. Technological development world trends, velocity at which these trends change and demands of time to come point out the fact that a modern product cannot be achieved and remaining on the market is not possible without one's own technological basis. It is necessary to follow up modern science in the world and to understand the basic rules necessary for the transfer and development of telecommunication network technology (systems, transfer), which can be realized by the applied and development researches in this field.Contribution is expected in new methods, new application of the already known methods, new possibilities of practical application and development of research equipment in the field of technology for Integrated Services Digital Networks.
