    Summary: In the article it is shown the noise model whish takes into account the presence of both the impulsive and Gaussian noise, and the theoretical expression of the error probability for MPSK signals are presented for low and medium capacity systems. A simulation of the Gaussian and impulsive noise influence to MPSK signal is made, and it is shown the probability of error in dependance of the impulsive and Gaussian noise power relation in the total noise power.

    Summary: The rain attenuation influence on the digital signal quality is analysed. The analysis includes the aplication of empirically based channel models. The error probability of QAM and dual polarized QAM systems has been calculated, and the influence of the rain induced differential attenuation has been taken into account.

    Summary: In this paper, we analyzed and compared dual polarized Ml-Mj QAM systems and systems with ordinary M-ary QAM modulation with equal number of transmitted bits and also systems with equal modulation level. Spectral efficiency and error probability of this systems are analiyed. We restrict our study to nondispersive channels and to channels where there is no intersymbol interference. The explicite vehocle for later assumption is to assume rectangular pulses of infinite bandwidth and only influence of Gaussian noise.

    Summary: High impedance faults on the primary distribution system cannot be detected effectivelyby the existing overcurent sensing devices. Different tests are performed on the part of power network. The test results are reported and discussed for the providing a practical evalution of HIFs detection. "Asystence" software are used for the purpose of analisation of wave shapes, particulary in case of frequency analisation.

    Summary: Potential distribution on big grounding systems determines the possibility of the appearance of danger voltage. The aim was determined to improve the processing and survey of measurement data - the potential of measurement points of the grounding systems by help of the adequate software for processing and survey of numerous data. In order to make it possible, the digital voltmeter that is used for potential measurementwas equipped with measurement data memory unit, and to enable its communication with the computer, through RS-232. The topic of the work is the survey of the development of the development of the memory unit, its communication with computer and the processing of the measurement valuesof the grounding systems potential in two and three dimensional form.

    Summary: This work deals with the radio-telemetric system necessary for the functions of remote control and guidance, as well as the modulation techniques MPSK (M-ary Phase Shift Keying) and MFSK (M-ary Frequency Shift Keying) which make it possible to obtain an arbitrary small probability of error during data transmission, either by the extension of frequency band, or by the increase of signal/noise ratio. The influence of Gaussian noise on the probability of incorrect detection of MPSK and MFSK signal has been presented, and the MPSK and MFSK techniques have been compared according to their spectral and strenght efficiency. The expressions for probability of error have been derived during simultaneous effect of both Gaussian and impulsive noise. It is assumed that the occurance probability of impulsive noise is governed by Poisson distribtion and that that the impulsive noise amplitude has the Rayleigh probability for different proportions of impulsive noise strenght in the total noise strenght.
