Summary: Systems for energy supply for autonomous underwater
facilities for tourists accomodations and applications are presented.
Beside the usual power supply of underwater devices from electric
batteries, the paper present other systems for energy supply, some of them
still in research and development for commercial applications. Systems with
closed cycle diesel engine, with Stirling engine and with fuel cells are
presented. Basic requirements, application possibilities, parameters for
selection and characteristics of this power supply systems are presented.
Analysis of economical, technical and environmental characteristics of this
systems is presented.

Summary: The paper deals with ventilation and air-conditioning
systems for submersible tourist facilities in the area of Croatian Adriatic
sea. The subjects of analysis are autonomous and surface or land connected
facilities. Comfort ventilation and air-conditioning problems, as well as
problems connected with ventilation necessarz for technical reasons are
analyzed. Special attention is paid to the interrelationships between
indoor air quality, air-conditioning systems and energy consumption and
conservation. The ventilation systems for conservation of submersible
facilities and measures for optimal object's maintenance during the non
occupancy period are proposed.
Keywords: Ventilation, Air-conditioning, Submersible facilities, Energy conservation
