Summary: Field of this research is inbalance between adaptive
cacapable and organizational inert production systems. Work assignment is
on flexible organization and facility for dynamic adaptation of production
system related to changes in the environment, shorter reaction-time and
adaptation to new requests. Informatization cannot assure that whithout
establishing of the organizational processes. Successfull organization
criterions are: connectivity, processuality, modularity, coordinability. In
that sence, for practical purposes, specific methodology is in usage.
Configuration of the process makes process functions which determine
modules. Special attention here is directed maintanence module and all the
actual aspects: management, strategies, controlling, spare parts, ecology,
efficienty,and education. Necessarity of transformation from maintanence to
exploitation of sources is concluded. Further, foundation of modern metal
industry system organization have been processed: no expance principle,
orientation on product and market, corresponding modularization. At the
end, organization development review has been given.

Research goals: Basic goal of research is to establish and verify
the model of the production system organization in metal industry
approaching the organisation from processing-modular point of view and
starting from algoritmization possibility of processing functions as the
assumptions of production integration by computer.Production system becomes
process net, determined and connected according to flow of the problem
solving so that the trait of flexibility is emphasized.This means better
ability of responce to environment, enhanced sureness of existance and
development of the production system. Achieving of this goals goes through
the following tasks: Modeling of the production system organization,
Definition of the menagement and coordination, Establishing of the process
function and Projecting of methodology.
