Summary: In new production-technological conditions where all

the occupational safetyfields is soon going to face different problems from

Summary: Learning-training with interruptions breaks of workeržs
manualand machinemanual operations with continuous training makes acomplete
phenomenon. A chronological review of published papersand authors is given,
for which characteristic of training areestablished and analized. One of
the most important conclusions,established onlz a few years ago, is that
forgetting andacqusition (during the learning process) are run by
quitedifferent laws and therefore different theoretical assumptionsare
needed.

Summary: Paper compares mathematical and simulation modelling of
theproduction systems. The problem of the production planning andcontrol
could be solved by both kind of modelling substantailydeparts from reality.
Paper presents the possible mathematicalmodelling approach which overcomes
previous lacks. Simulationexperiments shows that those solutions are
absolutly feasible.Besides that, aditional simulation experiments are
desirable fordeterming the optimal termination strategy to find the way how
torealize the given optimal production-mix.

Summary: A digital speed control loop is realized using PC-XT
computerwhich is linked to an analog vector controller. The actual valueof
the rotor speed is reconstructed from incremental encodersignals. Discrete
PI speed controller design is made by using abilinear transformation and
symetrical optimum criterion. Threeantireset windup algorithms are examined
and compared. Thebehavior of the designed system is examined by simulation
andexperiment.

Summary: After widely analysis of worker (operator)
training-manufacturing progress phenomenon theoretical basis it is
registered unpunctionallity of various models and its affecting
onpunctuallity to empirical data fitting. By result analysis andforeseeing,
i.e. forecasting, of future behavior is registered following: for time
measuring by chronometer registering is possible to expect more punctually
results by means nonlinear polynomal models regression method and model
ARIMA of time series method, but for less punctual it is satisfactory to
apply linear regression models; for system MTM-1 is possible to apply
bothmodels, Hancock and BBC, each of them beside adequate theoretical
hypothesis. The development research is forseeing testify of adequate
combinations various models and samples types and performing of operations
catalogue.

Summary: In order to give through analysis of geometry and cutting
conditions of a twist drill, original equations for the dependency of rake
angle upon influencing of a drill for asingle-angle cutting edge, multiple
cutting edge, eliptical edge and circular edge have been carried out. A new
method of helical sharpening is presented in the main part of the thesis.
From the sharpening kinematics, the mathematical equation of a relief
flank, by means of which, taking into account drill and sharpening
parameters, geometry and form of the main cutting edge and chisel edge have
been derived. As the geometry and form of achisel edge have proved more
favourable than conical sharpening, a device for sharpening drills, having
16 mm diameter, has been devised and measuring of axial forces drilling
moments depending upon the length of drilling, by means of drills conically
andhelically sharpened, has been carried out. Dependencies are shown by
diagrams from which the differencies between the forces and moments as well
as the drill life could be seen. Roughnes smeasuring of drilled holes with
both ways of drill sharpening has also been done.

Summary: Work presents research dedicated to possibility of
implementation of multicriteria optimization methods in optimal decision
making in manufacturing systems. Modern logistical approach and concept of
the Logistical Integrated Manufaturing (LIM) are impossible without
corresponding support. In this aim the survey of appropriate MCDC methods
was explored and the analysis of the possibility of their usage in
manufacturing was made. According to analysis, the selection of the usable
methods was made and two tipical problems (optimal parameters of actual
process to be used in the manufacture of the product and controling of the
production system) were solved. Through the exploaration of the new
methodology, problem solving was tested and assumed asusefull. Obtaining
results points at major capability for this kind of problem solving. The
design and developement of the powerfull decision support systems based on
MDCM methods assigned to manufacture engineering will be done at the
future.

Summary: Maintenance of manufacturing equipment appear as the
significant problem for production planning. Many approaches and
maintenance models have been developed to the present time with the same
purpose - to arise reliability and efectiveness of installed manufacturing
equipment. The most important attention is given to the expert systems
application. The survey of main models and approaches implemented in
maintenance, especially concerning expert system, is given in this work.
Also, the basis for the realization of the appropriate expert system are
developed. This expert system is aimed to enable succesive automation of
management of manufacturing equipment maintenance.
