Summary: Vibrations by tractor aggregates occur when a power
generating machine is in work, bacause of connecting machines and equipment
or uneven agricaltural acreages. Vibrations are transfered from tractor on
a driver's body which is not adequatly protected of their negative
influence. For temporal estimation of exposure of human body to vibrations,
certain references (for example ISO 2631) for only one direction are in
use. By this project the levels of vibrations would be established on the
seat and on manual and pedal steering commands, by agritechnical operations
and by transportations in agriculture. For certain operations rations where
the level of vibrations in all three directions is approximately of the
same dimensional order, suitable proportions of combinations of these
vibrational levels would be difined and the references would be
supplemented. The problem of rotative vibrations around mentioned
directions would be considered.
Keywords: vibrations, tractor, driver
Research goals: To establish by measuring the level of vibrational
loading of a driver in the area of seat and organs (arms and legs) leaned
on steering-wheel commands for usual tractor aggregates while performing
agritechnical operations and transportation in agriculture. To elaborate
the results of measuring and to compare them to the standard references. It
is expected by certain agritechnical operations and certain connecting
machine that the level of vibrational loading in all three directions
(back-chest, left-right side, legs-head) would be nearly of the same order
of dimensions. To find out suitable proportions of combinations on the
levels of vibrations and to supplement the references which are valid so
far for merely one direction. To analyse the occurance of rotative
vibrations around afore mentioned directions and to estimate their
influence on a driver since the existing standards do not mention them at
all. This research should be used as a base for optimalization of driver's
work place from the point of view of minimization fo vibrations and for
redefining technological velocities of agritehnical operations and
limitations of a lenght of working hours with occasional breaks. Other information about the project.
