   Summary: Wor wet submersibles, with working depth of 80 m,sandwich buoyant shells, made of glass reinforced polyester and foamed polyvinylchlorid, have been designed. These shells intend to replace aluminium alloy structure of wet submersibles. Buoyant shells'physical-mechanical properties(density,strength and rigidity) enable good substitution for aluminium alloy structure.

   Summary: The time of the function force and the relaxation of the stress have been measured at the five real constructions from polyester composite.The measurement have been done at three different values of initial force, in the time interval of an hour, in the duration-total of ten hours. The results of measurement have been elaborated and cosidered in the relation to the theoretical stand points and comprehensions about relaxation of stress in polymeric materials
