Summary: According to the Convention For Sea Protection Against the Pollution (MARPOL), signet also by our country, it is neccessary for each port and each closed aquatoria, to have appropriate equipment and means for sea protection against pollution caused by fluids (oil, crude oil and its derivates e.t.c.). The system of collection, treatment and neutralization of waste fluids, from the ships and out of the sea, is intended for ecological protection of ports and closed seas. The system consists of the ships for collection and transport of waste fluids from any other vessels, floating units for sea cleaning and shore equipment for waste liquid treatment. During the operation, it will be analyzed and made out the optimal solution for the system components, taking into the consideration and adjusting it to the specific demands of our sea.

Keywords: Ecology, Ships, Cleaning stations, Waste fluids, Oil pollutions, Waste fluid treatment

Research goals: The aim of this research is to establish the optimal parameters and types of the system components, and finding the choice of best types possible for the system of collecting, cleaning and neutralization of waste fluids. The system should consists of the ships for waste fluids collection, small floating objects for sea cleaning and shore plant. The suggested floating object function should be collecting and partial treatment the waste liquid. The complete system of collection, treatment and neutalization of waste liquids from other ships and out of the sea by means of the chosen floating as suitable shore plant, will be anayzed. The expected contribution is that the suggested solutions of the system and equipment will be appropriate and adapted for the neccesities of our ports and shiprepairing yards. The ecological protection of closed seas, such as Adriatic Sea, lately is gettinggreater importance. Especially serious consequences are present by sea pollution caused by vessels, either by liquid cargoespored out by havaria, or due to uncontrolled discharging of the waste fluids. Such pollution and particularly in the ports with the greatest concentration of traffic and pollution, the small vessels are used to collect waste fluids from other ships and out of the sea to transport a shore at the suitable shore plants for further treatment(cleaning, incinerating e.t.c.).
