Summary: The indequate technological level of our civil engineering
isshown bi the nonexistence of development services and theinsufficiency of
continuois dealing with technologicaldevelopment in most of the interviewed
civil engineering firms,by the failure to use the modern technological
equipment in theconstruction of reinforced consrete in the construction
ofreinforced concrete frame buildings in most of these firmsas wellas by
the diminished usablevalue of their means of work and theirtechnological
equipment. Therefore it is necessary to undertakecorresponding measures for
the improvement of the ascertainedcondition.

Summary: The current level of construction technology development
inresidential building construction makes possible the choice ofthe
appropriate technological system, out of a large number ofones, whith
different distinct characteristics trough which theydiffer from one
another. The question of evaluation ofalternative technological system
construction comes up inconnection with iz, in order to choose the optimal
one. There isalso the question of standard on the basis of qhich those
systemshould be evaluated because there are several surch standards. Amodel
has been set and a procedure worked out to evaluatealternative construction
systems on the basis of the productioncost standard. At the some time the
chosen system should satisfythe quality standards requered for such
buildings.

Summary: A procedure has been suggested for evaluating the
technologiespreposed with the purpose of choosing the most
favorablecontractor of civil engeering structures as a model to
beincludedin the autonomous regulations useful in phase of choosing
zhecontractor. During the activities connected with investments andup to
the phase of choosing the contractor, it is necessary tocomplete the
notions about the types andweith of criteria thatwill be made known to the
contractor in the tender documents. Onthe basis of the researches carried
out, two groups of criteriaare proposed : criteria that can be tested
throught theeconomical and financial model of the employer, and criteria
thatare difficult to express by financialindices and the importanceof which
can be evaluated on the basis of the influence on zheeconomical and
financial criteria. The weights of the criteriathat are rather difficult,
to measure are proposed on the basisof the poll taken at the assembly of
participants in investmentworks. It is pointed out that the conclusions of
the research canbe tested in practice on model proposed.
