Summary: The following will be formed: - an estimation of error costs before projection - the main material indicators on the basis of which choosing and ranking individual proposals - methodology and results of engineering evaluation in construction - the most common causes of errors on the construction site.

Research goals: The series of rationalization measures with the possibility of being realized have significant effect on the final results. Here a lot is promised using the following approach: - the decreasing of errors with respect to estimating costs and time of construction during the negotiation phase, the bringing about of quality decisions - the evaluation of individual project resolutions over the main functional cost indicator, the formation of information banks for individual types of structures, which will serve well in making choices, ranking or individual solutions - the placement of engineering methodologies worth as a potential means for rationalization - the decreasing of unnecessary cost given the opportunity of constructing using nominated methodology of early determination for required intervention so that potential mistakes in construction can be availed Here we expect contributions in: - the decreasing of cost in construction on the level already established in the world, which is evident in previous results based on similar research done elsewhere in the world - the development of scientific works (doctorate and some works to be announced) as a basis for later application
