Summary: The main objectives of this project are to form competent
professionals, to create presumptions for competent collaboration with
international institutions such as exchange of students, scholars and
researchers, programs and projects. The project covers all main aspects of
the basic program for a degree Visual Art Professor-Restorer. The study has
an interdisciplinary base with a strong emphasis on the problems of stone
and wood restoratio and conservation.

Other: Projekt/Program restauriranje u kamenu i drvu uvršten je u
Unescov program financiranja i za 1995 godinu. Ovog ljeta održana su dva
kursa za studente u Starom gradu na otoku Hvaru: jedan za rad s keramikom,
a drugi s mozaicima uz učešće inozemnih stručnjaka i pod vodstvom
dr.sc.Jasne Jeličić-Radonić.
Projekt je ekstenzija temeljnog sveučilišnog studija i pokušaj je praktične
primjene stečenih znanja i dobijanje specifičnih novih, uz obnovu starih
vještina i zanata.

Razlog za ovakav izbor, uz arhitektonsko-urbanističko zanimanje, jest i u
povezanosti ovog projekta s vremenom velikog emigracijskog vala iz
Dalmacije koji jednim dijelom vodi u Kaliforniju i istraživačevog rada na
disertaciji koja posljedice tog vala istražuje u Hrvatskoj.
