Summary: During the work on the project, research of the laser applications, emmission, propagation and detection of the laser beam in athmosphere has been done. Specific integrated circuits and their use in the laser modulation and detection of small laser signals has been proceeded. Also a research of propagation and digital modulation of short laser pulses has been finished. The detection minimum for the digital laser communication sistem has been determined. Research of the image intensifying and image converting systems has been performed. A special care has been taken to the irradiation spectra. Following this research an optimum input optical system for optoelectronic intensifiers has been designed. Research of the laser beam propagation in bad visibility conditions has been done. Following these results design of a laser collimator and electronic power supply has been finished. For both optical and electronic design personal computers have been used.
