Summary: I will try to establish and present the group analyst's
motivesto use his "amplifying apparatus" in constructive or
deestructivepurposea. The obstacles in the ceration of the matrix
aredescribed as well as the amplification which creates the matrix.Adequate
sound amplification in the group requires from theanalysts the skill equal
to the one an expert in electronicspossesses, adjusting the volume of the
sounds, filtering thenoises and mixing the music in a way most pleasant to
thelistening ear. The group analyst's task is even more complex , asthe
group itself generates sounds and he has to offer,appropriate for the level
of the group's development , only themost pleasant, understable and for the
matrix weaving sutibalesounds.

Summary: In this work authors deal with identification with the
therapistin the process of group analysis may result in the acceptance
ofthe theoretical postulates of the self as expressed by a
givenpsychotherapeutic school( adoption of the therapist sprofessional
self). This makes the former patient behave inaccordance with the
principles of group analysis in the groups inwhich he lives and
works.Following some of these patients,authorsobserved that the process
helped to consolidate their self.

Summary: IN this work the authors deal with a thema which is
rearelyconsidered in literature,namely how much the group confronts
thegroup analyst with his contertransference in the earlu
groupsessions,while the second part deals with the theme of narcissism
and narcisstic vulnerability of the group analyst. In thecinclusion,the
authors state that the narcissism of the groupanalyst is much more exposed
than that of the psychoanalyst.Atthe same,ther authors opinion it that the
countertransfer problemcould impute the group feeling of guilt ,which means
that groupanalyst coult also be hindered by the therapist,while on theother
hand it could be stimulated in some other situation.
