Summary: This investigation were carried out in psychiatric hospital.It would be a longitudinal study. The investigation is to study some aspects of self concept, personality characteristics, attitudes toward some relevant concepts, promotion of the quality of life during post-graduate course arranged in the Balint-Groups. The education of nurses for the group therapist also started. The education was organized through analiytic groups, theroetical education and supervision.
