Summary: EEG recordings of 204 released prisoners of war were normal
in 21.6% subjects, borderline changed in 3.2%, diffusly changed in 16.2%
and paroxismaly dysrhythmic in 5.9%. Diffusly dysrhythmic changes with
focus were found in 8.3%, while paroxismaly dysrhythmic with focus were
found in 1%.
Slow wawe activity was found in 34.4%, and irritative focal activity in 7%.
57 subjects underwent neuropsychological examination, which have shown
cognitive deterioration in 8.8%. The high correlation was found between
diffuse EEG changes and the lenght of imprisonment (p<0.005).

Summary: The subjects were 94 prisoners, released from Serbian
concentration camps, who underwent EEG recording. The lenght of stay in
camps and maltreatment had the greatest influence on the EEG changes,
indicating that factors other than the craniocerebral injuries were
contributing to the pathology.

Summary: Sleep characteristics among prisoners released from the
Serbian concentration camps were analyzed. The results have shown that
inspite of the undergone treatment sleep disorders became more frequent.
Factors that significantly influenced sleep disorders were: lenght of
captivity, loss of the relative body mass, EEG changes and the phenomenon
of suffering among prisoner's family members.

Summary: Ninty-four prisoner released from Serbian concentration
camps were neurolgically examined. In 36.2% patological changes in EEG were
found. In a sub-group of 26 who had lost consciousness from the blows at
least once, in 17 of them psychological testing indicated the possibility
of organic changes. PTSD were found in 19, and the impaired mental
concentration in 24.Other forms of physical maltreatment also effected
changes in the EEG.

Summary: An attempt was made to examine if various emotional states,
estimated by the Wessman and Ricks scales are in ralationship with
personality traits, defined by the cybernetic model of personality.
Subjects, undergraduates of Faculty of physical education in Zagreb,
compleated 4 scales for estimation of emotional status and 6 personality
questionnaires. Results of regressional analysis for each scale of
emotional states showed statistically significant, but low connection with
personality questionnaires. The only signifficant predictor for every
emotional status was anxiety.

Summary: The defferences in cognitive efficiency between several age
groups were studied on a sample of 1020 male subjects. Cognitive variables
assessed by California Test of Mental Maturity and Complex Reactiometer
Drenovac. The results showed decline in speed and power cognitive functions
after the age of 36. The rasults are interpreted whithin the context of
deterioration due to the process of aging and/or stressful work
environment.

Summary: Intellectual functioning registered by Complex Reactiometar
Drenovac (CRD) and EEG of 32 radar technicians (aged between 23-56y.)
employed in Zagreb Air Traffic Control were followed up during the period

age subgroups , and significant correlation between sets of variables of
same perceived ergonomic features and subjective complaints.
