Summary: The researches covered nine hybrid of maize, which have
been grow on three different types of soil in east part of Croatia.The
results of analisys show a significant influence of genotyp and soil typ on
the biogen elements concentration and their interaction.
The results show the least variability of elements concentration in a
ear-leaf at silking, and greatest fluctuation in the stalk at maturity.
The tested hybrids differend significantly in concentration of nitrogen
phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium.
Another significant influence of genotype and soil typ was found
and confirmed their interaction.
The research results point out on significant genotype influence on biogen
elements accumalation in maizeand need of these investigations.

Summary: Fertilisation and nutrition of sugar beet is a very
important factor for the yield.In this experiment we tried to determine the
effect of different quantities and different combinations of chemical and
organic fertilizers on nitrogen dynamics the soil and also economical and
technological property of sugar beetIt has been the determined that there
is an important interaction relationship between yearly climatic
conditions, typ of soil and typ of fertilisation.On economical and
technological characteristic of sugar beet. The yield of leaves of sugar
beet was particularly effected by organic fertilizer use.In that case the
effects of Orbig was more evident,that of animal manure.
