    Summary: The basic problem of this book is the establishment and managingthe factors making possible and stimulating organizactionalselfcreating evolution. Because network system is open toinformations (especially to qualitative ones) the relativeinstability of the system appears. With greater adaptability toenvironment the selfrenewal of organization is stimulated andwith it an evolution proceeding from internal sources. Thisprocess is explained by noogenesiy trends, aspecially by theoryof unstable systems and by theory of deterministic chaos. Thesuccessful organization is today appearings continuousstabilisation of deductive programmatic strategy (birocraticorganization) and inductive strategy of selfrenewal by alignmentto the task of actual adhocratic birocracy.

    Summary: The purpose of the book is to present systematicallyorganizational factors of adapting the model of organization tothe homomorphic model of its relevant organizational environment.By determining correlative process of inner and exterioradaptation of organisation, development of structures andfunctions that are part of adaptable organization are shown. Inthis way, basic ways of connecting organizational processes byadaptable information system are determined. (a) Determining themeaning and forms of adaptation of the organization, the processof determining organization is shown in relation to environmentby different forms of interference, by program of survival, bypurposeful program, cinditional program and by changingfunctional equivalents. Forms of supervision and criterion ofadaptation of organization are also determined. (b) Withinadaptation of internal contrasts of the organization, the socialcontents of organization and factors of adaptation of directionto this contents are shown. The analysis of disintegratingeffects of management, social assumptions of creativity and waysof solving contrasts between formal and informal organization isopposed to the traditional understanding of organization ascommunication of power. (c) As solution to development ofadaptable organization, the scientific adaptation of organizationby its networking is suggested. The importance of matrixorganization as the egalitarian form of selfregulation isemphasized, its comparative value compared to other attempts ofsolving organizational adaptation by mixed organizational model.Examples from our experience in introducing matrix organizationhave been carried out. (d) While trying to solve the problem ofinternal adaptation of organization, the theoretical framework ofthe personal development of the employed in the adaptableorganization and the examples from one organization have beengiven.

    Summary: In the course of history the correlation of the human thought'sdevelopment within the sphere of entire science as well as theapplication of science into practice can be observed.Helplessness of people in that sphere is manifested insimplifying the problems they are solving. The deficiency isbeing solved by running from one reduction of world picture toanother during history and by development of science by cyclicrotation of the counter reduction strategies. Although the termcoordination of those cycles is incoplete, the appearance ofspiral development of science is partly synchronized between thefields of natural and social sciences. It is also manifested inrotating theoretical models of organization whose limits aremanifested in duration of organizational phylogeny and ontogenyas idea of "organization without people" and "people withoutorganization".

    Summary: Organization and management occur as a subject of sociology especially for their inhibition by the social environment and by significance of the social content of organization and management for the shaping of an organization. Such dependence is present in analogy of ontogenesis and filogenesis of the organizationaltheory and theory of management, and even in history as a whole. There- fore, the opposed sociological theories and theories of organiza- tion and management appear as simplified analog images of the world, reflecting their social content with varying intensities. The area of theory of organization and management, open to sociology, widens in the phase of socially oriented approaches to organizational streams and management, and narrows in the phaseof overcoming the theories concentrated on rationality of the structure of organization. Starting from the important mutual dependence of the model of an organization upon the model of its environment, sociology of organization and management points to untenability of an optimal model of organization as well as untenability of an unchangeable model of qualities of ansuccessful manager. It also points to mutual relationships of the manager,the performer and their variable chance in distribution of power. In the field of sociology, problems of antipodes of Żformal® and Żinformal® organization as well as the change of the common procedure of hierarhization are being solved by networking the organization on the basis of needs of primary groups channels of communication of their management.

    Summary: Consumer is more and more included in production process andtherefore the boundary between producer and consumer becomesindefinite in many spheres of life. In such a way a boundarybetween business hours and spare time less and less correspondsto industrial revolution definition.
