Summary: The increase in uncertainty, changeability and complexity
of organisational environment stimulates and opens new possibilities of
organisational evolution. (a) Following that, the first problem is how to
establish factors of organisation model adaptation according to
homomorphological model of his organisational environment or how to menage
its evolution according to evolution of environment. The solution is in
following: as alternative for hyerarchic type of organising, the
stratification (sequence of generallities) of tasks should be accepted.
This rule of network shows itself in evolution continuity of Żorganic®
type of informations communication as the primary type of people's
organisation. ŻMechanically® understood organisation takes only a short
time in organisational history, that in order to reduce the environment
complexity reduced its structure to Żorganisation without people®. This
comprehension prepared industrial revolution, loosing its significance
with informational stage. (b) The second basic problem is as follows: the
establishment and menaging of factors making possible and stimulating
selfcreating evolution of organisation. Because network system is open to
informations (especially to qualitative ones) the relative instability of
the system appears. With greater adaptability to environment the
selfrenewal of organisation is stimulated and with it an evolution
proceeding from internal sources. This process is explained by noogenesis
trends, especially by theory of unstable systems and by theory of
deterministic chaos. The successful organisation is today appearingas
continuous stabilisation of deductive programmatic strategy (birocratic
organisation) and inductive strategy of selfrenewal by alignment to the
task of actual adhocratic birocracy.
Research goals: Determination of the industrial organisation model
agreeing with the needs of information system in the complex, uncertain and
unstable environment. Because of that it is necessary: (a) cross limitation
of the discipline manifesting in narrow instrumental explanation of the
network organisation and concept of Żmanagement of changes®, and the
exclusivity of Żrational® access to programic strategies, (b) to show that
the development of the science about the organisation is the part of the
entire noogenesis, interdependent regions of social sciences, natural
sciences, and their technical application. As the general frame two access
to evolution were used. 1991/1992 the point was the active and pasive
organisation's adaptation to evolution of its environment. 1992/1994 the
point was on determination of intrinsic evolution factors that make
possible and stimulate widespread of sources of inovative contributions te
its renewal. To these the accesses to evolution, structurallistic access
to to programmatic strategies of renewal and access to cultural and
sociopsychological understanding of organisation as the system of human
activities, from that the strategy of renewal by alignment to the task,
results. It was necessary to demonstrate how the organisation binds them:
the continuous process of Żselfbalancing® between the quoted oposites.
1994/1995 the determination of features of information system proceeding
from determinants confirmed at research stages before. Results:
Scientific interdiciplinary synthesis of basic evolution trends of ancient
knowledge contributed to the science about the organisation and menaging
the organiosation. The new is the application of the research results to
operationalisation goal functions at conditions of chaotic surroundings,
strategy and renewal tactics of organisation. For our country it has the
special significance because of transition to market economics.
