Summary: Resarch was performed with the goal to check for the impact
of broadly defined personality variables on the variable strength of work
motivation. Obtained research results have shown that most predictive
variables for the strength of work motivation in tine of major
organizationa and social change are: work locus of control and the
perception oftheexistence of norms in the company.

Summary: This master's thesis is the part of a larger project. The
goal of the project was to check for the impact of some sosciological
variables such as: age, gender, education, tenure in the company, total
work tenure and supervisory position on the variable job involvement.
According to research results variables previously mentioned significantly
affect the feeling of job involvement.
