Summary: The organization of internal business accounting is based
on the requests of the Law of Accounting and the International Accounting
Standards. Following of natural costs is being coordinated with the
requests of external reporting, and their including as per location and
holders is adjusted according to the preparation of mamagerial information.
Specific features of internal accounting are in the process of cost
accounting system, forms and methods in the process of anticipating
managerial information.
The analitical basis for use of classical and modern system of cost
accounting and effects is the basis for their filing and control.

Summary: In order to organize successfuly the system of planning and
cost accounting in the hotel industry, the mere knowledge of the technique
of comprising the costs according to their natural description, places and
agents, in compliance with the accounting system decided upon, will not do.
The hotel industry is a dynamic, stochastic and world-oriented activity,
requiring a special approach to cost accounting as a management instrument
within the integral computer supported information system. This activity
calls for a system of cost accounting which will make possible the
comparasion of results on the national and international level.

Summary: The information system of internal cost accounting is based
upon the regularities of the accounting theory and method, as well as the
total accounting information system, within which it si organized in the
form of a subsystem. In order to bring the data and information of the
particular information systems as close as possible to their users, it is
advicable to organize the controlling service in the larger, of ictroduce
the job of controller in the smaller business systems.
