Summary: Hospitality industry is a priority in the future development of Croatia. The proposed research aims at the developmental resources analysis of this industry. It is based on the world trends in development and application of information technologies, as well as on the enterpreneurship in small, medium and large entreprises of hospitality industry. The specific and concrete impact of new technologies will be determined. The experiences of European integration and their impact on modern management in hospitality industry of Croatia is going to be analyzed, as the basis for knowledge transfer from the more developed countries to Croatia.

Research goals: 1. Research of the world trends in information technologies applied to entrepreneurship with respect to the hospitality industry; 2. Analysis and systematization of European integration experiences, as applied to Croatia; 4. Impact of innovation and information technologies to the postwar development of hospitality industry in Croatia; 5. Determination of principles of permanent education in the field.
