Summary: The project attempts to identify modalities of the "Croat
Question" which conditioned the relationship of the communist leadership
and the Allied forces or were present in the propaganda and political
activities towards the Independent State of Croatia or the Axis forces. In
the period 1946-1948, it is possible, at least formally, talk about a
Croatian "foreign policy" or, more precisely, about Croatian interests in
the formulation of the foreign policy of Yugoslavia. It is also important
to identify how the "Croat Question" influenced the policies of the great
powers toward Yugoslavia.
