Sažetak: Bacillus thuringiensis endotoxin properties, production,
application, analytics, bioinsecticides development
Ključne riječi: in elongation from 2 to 6 amino acids residues. Purified AP was activated by Co2+ ions and inhibited by chelating agents indicating its belonging to metallopeptidases. It was very sensitive to amastatin and bestatin, and less sensitive to puromycin. AP isolated from chicken egg white can be classified as a broadspecificity aminopeptidases. It bears the highest resemblance tothe mammalian membrane enzymes described as AP N.
