Summary: Current taxonomy of fish covere interdisciplinary approach
including the macro and micromorphological research. The
macromorphorogical research refers to the meristics and morphological
characteristics and their hystological structure including the teeth,
their shape and arrangement in the jaw or other parts of the mouth.
The micromorphological research will investigate the blood and its
components. Research of the gills, liver and kidneys will also be
performed. On the basis of genetic research the cariotype and
kariograme of the Adriatic fish will be represented. Mikrobiological
research of bacteria and virus as in the natural and qrowing population
will be performed.
Keywords: Fish, relationship of fish, tissue, blood, blood components, gills, liver, kidney, citogenetics, fish bacteries, fish virus.
Research goals: The aim in the morphological approchs to the
meristic and morphometrc characteristics of a large number of specimens
ofselected Adriatic and fresh-water fishes of using the
standardstatistical method. The shape and the number ofteeth in the jawand
other parts of the mouth will be studied as significantecological and
taxonomical characteristics of the species. Themorphological and
hystological changes in the body system, primary on the gills, liver and
kidneys will be investigated topoluted water and sea. The hematological
research will establishthe shape, number and structure of the blood cells
in healthy andill specimens of the same species as taken for
themacromorphological research. The purpose of the citogeneticresearch is
to create the cariotype and cariograme of the speciesfrom the Adriatic
sea. The micromorphological research willinvestigate the presence of
parastis, bacteria and virus as inthe tissue, blood and intestines in the
different species. Thefinal purpose of all macro and micromorphological
researchs is todefine the intraspecies and interspecies appartainance of
theresearched species in the taxonomycal sciences.
