Summary: Development of intelligent system for collecting,
processing and presentation of underwater environment information is the
main research goal. Project is divided into three parts: SUBMERSIBLE,
SENSOR and EXPERT, dealing with control of remotely operated submersible,
acquisition and analysis of sensory information and intelligent
presentation of environment information and knowledge. The research results
and particularly newly developed methods for data collecting and processing
could be used in other sensory controlled systems which must posses
elements of intelligent reactions.

Research goals: Development of intelligent system for collecting,
processing and presentation of underwater environment information which
include -development of underwater vehicle mathematical model, -research of
umbilicall cable influence on vehicle behaviour, -development of
intelligent control algorithms,with the application on the underwater
vehicles -development of vision based intelligent control principles,
-development of simulator for CAD of vehicle control -development of user
friendly control system interface, for vehicle control, and sensors data
acquisition, storing and presentations with the special attention on the
underwater unmanned vehicle. All the principles and algorithms have been
developed in such a manner that can be used for other purposes as well,
not only for underwater vehicle and submarine exploration.Further
development of project, expecially lack of the vehicle has confirmed this
approach, as can be seen for the results of the research. Research
results and particularly newly developed methods forvehicle control could
be used in other sensory controlled systemswhich must posses elements of
intelligent reactions.
