Title: SOME EXPERIENCES IN USE OF FINITE ELEMENT METHOD AT
OPTIMIZATION
- Authors:
- Anzulović, Ivica (5900)
Journal: Strojarstvo
Number: 1,2
ISSN: 0562-1887
Volume: 36
Year: 1994
Pages: from 77 to 80
Number of references: 8
Language: hrvatski
Summary: This paper considers difficulties that appear while
connecting finite element method with optimizing techniques in thin wall
metal construction analysis. One of possible solutions is given for
choosing elements and the mesh design at optimization of supporting
construction of slewing pillar jib crane.
Keywords: Finite element method, Optimization, Slewing pilar jib crane

Summary: The conception of Expert Systems (ES) for wind energy
utilizationis presented. This is the proces of selecting optimal
onewindgenerator system on the given location. This paper analysinginput
data and their preparation for use in knowledge base, andES structure.

Title: Analysis of Hydrogen Penetration in the Energy Market
- Authors:

Summary: The energy system language method has been used to develop
adynamic model which generated intersubstitution of energy sourcesand/or
energy currencies in the energy market and providedinformation on
interactions between the energy system and thesocio-economic system.
Particularly, substitution of the fossilfuel system by the solar hydrogen
energy system has beenanalyzed. Different dates of inception and different
initialrates of hydrogen introduction into the energy market wereanalyzed,
with particular attention given to their effect oneconomic growth and on
the enviroment. The results show that anearly transition to the solar
hydrogen energy system wouldprovide long term benefits to the economy and
to the environment.
