Summary: The improvement of the previously developed numerical
models for non-linear static and dynamic analysis of planar
reinforced-concrete structures and the problems related to dynamic
interaction fluid- soil-structure. The development of the numerical model
for dimensioning complex composite cross- sections loaded to bending
including the reological effects of the material. Analysis of certain
possibilities of wood and concrete interaction and the development of
adequate numerical models for the numerical analysis of these composite
systems.
Research goals: The development of such numerical models and the
appropriate software which will be simple enough and will at the same time
be able to simulate the most important non-linear effects of the behavior
of RC structures under static and dynamic loads. Development of the
adequate numerical model and computational programme for dimensioning
composite cross-sections loaded to bending. Possibilities for the
application of coupled wood-concrete structures. Other information about the project.
