Summary: The paper is a report on the results of the work carried
out of all sorts of specialisations in civil engineering, for sake of
establishing to what degree the antropological conditions, (such as
education, the health condition, nourishment, wages, habitation
automation, the quality of living, recreation and regulation of
interpersonal relations), increase the productivity of work. Research
determined thet the regulation of interpersonal relations are one of the
most important factor for organisation and developing of work. On the basis
of the achievement of the contemporary technology and science concering
social development, the paper considers possible synthesis of the society
and technology as a synergetic point. in which the present sharp opposites
will be solved. In this connection a srtategic paradigm of the synthesis is
quoted in the Europian standard, which sees the beginning of the
synthesis in developing ingormatics, biotechnology, new materials and
many-sided communications of living for all individuals and communities.
As smaller developed countries have to reach the synthesis with more
responsibility and courage, the autor intercedes for a continuous
connection and not separation of the society , and technology in the
conception of maximum possible optimalization of all shapes of work, life
and creativity. The autor analyses the problem of a higher type of labour
organisation too, in high technology conditions with special reference to
the situation in civil engineering. In connection with it he pleads for
sistematic labour regulation, which mean that humanization of labour is
understood in correlation with other factors, especially in relation to
the functioning of a firm on a marceting basis and the managment
organization of all the segments leading to the improvement of the
quallity of the whole life and especially the quality of life and labour
of construction workers. Democratic pluralist society put the point on
individual, its health and various functions in all areas,(familly, firms
and society), because only with health people we can create a health
firms which will be able to satisfy all human needs. Everything
concentrate on free and independent person, to serve and develop her.
