Summary: High productivity is one of the keysto national prosperity. Theproductivity of an economy includes the construction sectors needs to bemaximised in order to facilitate economicgrowth. It is apparant that construction labour productivity isaffected by a range of factors.As there is no unified methodologyfor collecting productivity data in this project we will try tocreate a model which will enable us to register all relevantfactors affecting labour productivity in our country as well asall other countries.This project is a part of the internationalproject initiated by professors R.Thomas from Pennsylvania StateUniversity and M.Horner from Dundee University Scotland.

Research goals: The main objective that we want to achieve in these research is to formulate a model for measuring the performed work on sites, so that the labour productivity can be measured easily and quickly. We expect that our results primarily conributs to international data bank that is formed in Great Britain and USA. And in the same time to encrease our national labou productivity. Increasing labour productivity has a direct impact on final product costs. We expect that few MSc and PhD theses will be gained through this project.
