Summary: Facade wall analyses reffering constructive-tehnical, protection and economic meaning characteristics in context of optimal solution establishment that can be used in conditions of Croatia (clima, technology and economy). The analyse of the quetionnaire carried out in Zagreb upon several multi-storey apartment houses together with the controling theoretical calculations, and all that in aim to provide building standards promoted.

Research goals: The goal of this research is summing the results through the constructive, technical, protection and economic characteristics analyses, showing up the problems, form the standards for constructive building, and all that to help in choosing out the tipologies that are the closest to the optimal solution under certain circumstances in our country. The results are as follows: contribution to the criteria establishment theory for facade walls valorisation. To find out the building quality in Zagreb, and used technology for putting up the multi-storey apartement houses. Checking up the quality of the essential characteristics of performed facade walls and the possibility of wall cross-section comparison. The carried out quantifications in inter-comparison give much reliable security in wall cross-section selection for future building up. The papers are ready for publishing.
