Summary: Activity coefficients will be experimentally determined in multicomponent systems cyclohexane(hexane)-water-C1-C4 alcohols. Application of several models for the prediction of activity coefficient will be analyzed, such as ASOG, UNIFAC, NRTL and modification of Wilson model. Procedures will be developed for calculating activity coefficients and phase equilibria. Depandance of refractive index on molecular structure for pure solvents, and Flory-Huggins interaction parameters for systems Cellulose diacetate - Acetone (Formic acid or Dimethylformamide) will be investigated.
