Summary: The characteristics of separation process of the extractor
column with pulsing set of perforated plates should be investigated. The
experiments will be performed in conditions of varied geometry of the
plates, frequency and amplitude, volume flow rate, concentration of the
polutant in feed. The experimental results will enabled an insite about
capacity factor, or mass transfer coefficient and specific interface area.
Based on these consumptions, the planed experimentation and investigation
will be performed on extractor column with set of impellers and on RD
column. It will be expected that the analyses of the results clearly show
the optimal conditions of the separation on chosen kindes (types) of
extraction columns.
Keywords: extraction,column,interface,mass transfer coefficient,phenol
Research goals: The relations between phisical, hydrodinamical and
geometrical parameters of column extractors in phenol separation with
buthylacetate solvent should be investigated. It is expected that we can
get the wide interesting informations about the possibilities of these
systems on high degree of separations. Other information about the project.
