Summary: Following a basic programme for the technical system
complex quality assurance, the classification of quality characteristics
and cross-impact analysis of the progressive transfer impact of components
non-conformance are performing. By using mathematical statistic techniques
and analysing technological process capability the principle of
statistical tolerances is applied, and one of the quality assurance
problem faced is to decide whether to inspect, or not, the product at the
given stage and how to determine specification limits which are providing
continuity at each stage of production process. Results of applied
research programme, in this case, make the foundation of the expert system
data base structure in the process quality management and in the
technological forecasting. Through an overview of changeability of the
quality attributes, a brief review on particular solutions is foreseen,
until the occurence of the total quality concept and establishment of the
Quality System.
Research goals: The principal objective of the research project is
to find a solution for complex quality assurance problem solving. Same,
one of the main aims is aligned with the definition of interactions for a
case of the complex technical system quality assurance, and accumulating
of knowledge necessary for institutionalization of the Quality System,
accordingly to the international standards requirements.. In relation to
production process and product qualityimprovement, the merits are
assigning to statistical analysis in quality control with an expectation
of further contribution to install an advanced approach of quality
management. Also, The purpose of this research programme is to review
various evaluation approaches, in the expectation that their use will lead
to a better method of measuring and evaluating the quality performances.
