Summary: Due to the development of medicine, the infective and insufficiency diseases are becoming less frequent, and the chronic diseases in children, as a source of chronic diseases in adults, are becoming a priority interest. Accepting a thesis that a child suffering from a chronic disease should have special protection, and develop to healthy grown up person, showed a presence of series of drawbacks in the implementation of this thesis.

Research goals: We have determined three tasks concerning chronically diseased child: prevention, early detecting and special protection. For solving this tasks we need a good organization of health services, where in a team work, a family, a child and his environment - with a physician, can work together in harmony on solving the tasks. Based on research work an educative scientific work was done: Protection of child with chronic disease. This material elaborates the following: Chronically diseased child - introduction, in 18 pages, Protection of child with insuline dependent diabetes 22 pgs, Protection of child with congenital hypothyreosis 10 pgs, Protection of child with epilepsy 27 pgs, Protection of child with tuberculosis 22 pgs, Protection of child with chronic renal insufficiency 18 pgs, Protection of child with malignant disease 33 pgs, Protection of child with cerebral palsy 23 pgs, Protection of mentally retarded child 23 pgs, Protection of child with asthma 33 pgs, Protection of child with hemophilia 13 pgs, Protection of child with mucoviscidosis 24 pgs, Protection of child with rheumatic disease 14 pgs, Protection of child with rheumatoid disease 22 pgs. The material in total is in 312 pages, and consists of epidemiologic data, primary secundary and tertiary prevention in listed diseases, and their influence on health in adults.
