Summary: In this project we shall try to proove and describe genesis
of wounds of soft tissue and bone. On the basis of hydrodinamic experiments
we should find the most apropriate way of washing of infected wound holes
in soft tissue and bone with application of a new drain. On mathematical
model of some bones with method of end elements we should try to find most
appropriate osteosynthetic procedure. In this study we shall exam validity
of a new threedimensional external bone fixateur of our own construction in
healing of complicated bone fractures. Such trials would give aid to better
knowledge of problems in healing of acute and chronic osteomyelitis and
infected wounds.
Research goals: Goal of our experiments is to proove: a) Mechanism
of genesis of soft tissue and bone injurys. b) On the basis of hydrodynamic
trials find the most appropriate way of wound washing in soft tissues and
long bones. c) To make a mathematical model of some bones with end elements
method and confirm possibility of fractures genesis. With computer
assistance optimyze the most appropriate ostesynthetic procedure. d)
Explore bacteriologycaly infected wounds and on the basis of that
exploration find the most appropriate way of therapy with use of warious
therapeutical methods. e) Clinical end experimental examination of
threedymensional external bone fixateur in therapy of long bone fractures.
On the basis of that proposed trials we should be abble from biomechanical
and biochemical point of view to understand mechanisams of injurys which
would result with bone fracture. f) Practical use of computers for planing
the way of therapy in warious bone fractures. g) Finding of new cahteter
for wound washing on the basis of hydrodynamic experiments. h) Finding of
most appropriate method for therapy of chronic osteomyelitis and long-term
evaluation of this therapy. i) Finding and construction of a new modell of
external bone fixateur and its comparation in efficacy of therapy with
conventional ones.
