Summary: 1991-1992: In water fecal emulsion of cattle, pigs, sheep
and hens with 5% dry matter we achieved hygienisation of about 90% on
indicator bacteria. Substrate was mixing and exposing at least for 30
minutes to the 0.05% peracetic acid with 15% active matter or exposing to
the calcium hypochlorite with 45% active matter. Only for hygienisation of
pigs fecal emulsion 0.10% peracetic acid was using. Chemical hygienisation
of loquid manure in ecological view is justified in case of animal and
human infectious disease. 1993: Ecological justified accelerated
self-heating hygienisation of deep litter fattening chikens in garden
composter with test bacteria put in plastic tubes we achieved
hygienisation of 99.9%. Satisfactory air was present during all process of
composting. The substrate was mixing every 3 days with or without adding
the enzymatic-bacterial complex. During all process attention should be
paid on biological, physico and chemical parameters, and on
thermoisolation walls of composter. The maximum temperature in the
substrate was 57 oC and 58 oC average of 45 oC for period from 14 to 42
days, and from period of 14 to 56 days of composting.
Keywords: Chemical and termical hygienisation, liquid manure, bacterial indicators, biocompost, deep litter, peracetic acid, calcium hypochlorite, enzymatic-bacterial complex.
Research goals: Hygienisation of fecal matter in ecological view of
point in animal husbandry is justified in case of suspicion and
manifestation of infectous disease in animal and human. We had chose two
chemical disinfectant in relation on indicator bacteria. Dose and
concentration was determinated for potential non-sporogenic bacteria. For
practical reasons we werw starting our investignations on mixture of deep
litter fattening chikens. We have also arranged International cooperation
with Ministerium fur Wissenschaft und Kunst, Baden-Wurtembeg and Institut
fur Tiermedizin und Tierhygiene, Universitat Hohenheim in B.R.
Deutschland. German side was providing school fee for Junior Research
Assistant on Project. In garden composter we have analysed possibility
hygienisation of deep litter fattening chikens in relation to test
bacteria, including enteropathogenic bacteria with and without
enzymatic-bacterial complex.
