Summary: I have started the research and the organization, restructuring the development of agricultural with respect to the micro and macro production aspect by my masters and Phd thesis (some thirty years ago). I have proceded the research and restructuring and the development of agriculture regarding all five aspects: production, market, tecnological-economical, farm and staff, within former five programmes. I have published the research results in a scientific book in 1991. A broadened staff aspect was discussed in another scientific book, published 1993. First result application possibilities are presented in topics of the third book (developmental-research), as well as in a programme and plan for the post-graduate expert study for agricultural managers and in eight patents prepared for the registration.

Research goals: The aim of the research was to find out the possibility of the substitution of the factors of former traditional production and its market, technological-economical, farm and staff agricultural structure with the factors of modern dynamic factors. These changes will enable the land and capital owners to achieve maximum possible profits (annuities) in agriculture. As important as this is the good supply of the inhabitants, tourists and exporters of high-quality food at a reasonable (competitive) price.
