Summary: The theoretical and practical implications of the existence of public enterprise will be studied in this project. The first part of the project is a review of the basic concepts for the public enterprise reform. The second part presents a detailed analysis of the public enterprise sector in Croatia.

Research goals: The aim of this project is: - a survey of basic theoretical concepts of public enterprises economics'; - a review of economic policy for public enterprises in different countries; - a proposal for some economic policy measures for public entreprises in Croatia.
