Summary: Theoretical foundation of educational evolution in the
feeback circle, i.e. its programming, realization and effects. The
starting point is the criticism of the actual situation of evaluation in
croatian scools, the actual needs and achievements abroad. A special
emphasize will be given to the relation between the qualitative and
quantitative approach to the evaluation process, its diagnostic function
and the use of computers in its function of artificial intelligence, for
individualizing the testing process, realizing therefore a high degree of
humanism of it approach as well as efficiency. In this frame will be
produced and validated a software for individualized testing, diagnosis of
pupil's difficulties and remedial teaching.
Research goals: The general aim is a theoretical foundation of
educational evaluation . The specific aims is a theory in this field
which, based on world achievement in this field, would be appropriate to
conditions of croatian schools. In this frame a comparative analyses of
its two major paradigm - the qualitative and quantitative - will be
studied, in relation to the aim of more human and more efficient teaching
process. Also a construction and validation of relative test is foreseen,
especially software of computerized tests for individualized diagnosting
testing and remedial teaching. These activities are directed both to the
development of relative theories as well as the improventment of
