tothe talented, is not efficient enough to stimulate thedevelopment of
their talents, especially productive ones. Becausethe talented learners

Summary: In organization of starting mathematical studies it is
necessaryto take in account a large number of factors, and particularyabout
reached level of psychological development of pupils, aboutstructures of
mathematical contents and about the fact, that thepupil, through his own
activity and creatively learns about theworld and forms a personal model of
a real world. According tomentioned demands, bigger and bigger number of
methodologists instarting mathematical studies, excepts methodical
procedurecalled operational approach. For this it is characteristic thatin
presenting mathematical contents it is a method to applyvarious forms of
expressed works: actional, picturesque andsymbolic.

Summary: Analysing the need for changes in education which
wouldaccelerate the development of demokracy we regard theindividualization
of teaching as an essential component of thisendeavour. Its affirmation
would not only increase itseffectiveness and dimish the numbers of those
who failled todeveloped all their potential in the existing school, but
wouldfurtermore affirm the right for diversity, characteristic
fordemocratic societies but supressed for years in our country. Inoreder to
achive this, individualization in teaching schould notbe referred to as a
means, but as the objective of educationalendeavour.

Summary: The paper presents the results of an investigation obtained
bycomparing some aspects of upbringing of boys and girls incomplete and
broken families. The results show no significantdifference betwen the
upbringing given to children who live withonly one parent and that given to
children living with bothparents. With regard to the relatively small
number of variablesfor which signifficant differences exist betwen the
samples ofcomplete and broken families, we consider that they offervaluable
data for better understanding of the whole familycontext, which is
particularly important for the success ofpedagogic activities.

Summary: Numerous investigations show that for algorithmisation
thosecontents and operations that process certain logical structure, and for
which conditions for performance can be determined andcontrolled, are
suitable. It is considered that teaching materialfor mathematics is
suitable for algorithmisation. The teachingprocess in mathematics is
possible to regulate by algorithmicinstructions. They can be described and
construed in many ways. This paper deals with four ways of describing
algorithmicinstructions, as follows: (1) Verbali (words), (2)
Graphically(by flow-chart), (3) Symbols (by signs) and (4) By means of

firstlyanswer the question: what is education? But an answer to
thatquestion is possible only after the question: what man truly is?A
demand for an innovative school results from the answer to thatquestion
which essence of man connects with freedom and, therefore, education defines
as the development of the possibleand school , if it corresponds to its
