Summary: In the didactic experiment the researcher will examine
the development of historical knowledge under influence of the higher
didactic systems and history science methodology teaching. In some
experiments in a school year the new didactic system with the traditional
teaching will be compared. Finally, in 8th grade the autonomous learning of
history will be examined.

Research goals: On the basis of some preliminary experiments and
achieved results the researcher will control the development of the
historical knowledge in the pupils of 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade of the
primary school. The activity of a single one generation will be controled.
The aim of research is the examination of the efficacy of the higher
didactic systems (programmed teaching and problem teaching) in a long
period and the development of a heuristic strategy which gives the
oportunity of an autonomous learning of history.
