Summary: The purpose of this piece of work is to point at the
conditions,m activities and interpersonal relations of ownership and
management. Their development is determined by the structure of social
forms and by the way of production. They are developed by economic,
juridical, political and other subsystems from which the society is
composed as the large social system. In the work it is tried to be analised
the influence of that subsystems that are with their functionings in many
ways determinating their characteristics and basic aspects of the
development of enterpreneurship and management. In the value-theoretical
society this categories are representing integral entirety which like a
fruitfull tree, can not devolop and bear fruits without determined
conditions and well prepaired ground.
