Summary: The goal of education process is to improve and speed up the student's independency and creativity. That's why this research is very inportant to our pedagogic science. We wish to point out some theoretic suppositions and adequate student's model of studing. This include individualization in education. On the other hand it is very imprtant to connect individualization as pedagogic, psyhologic, sociologic and philosophic phenomenon with the student's independency.

Keywords: Social, differences and education, educational cultura of parents, educational process, selfeducation, independent student's work, achievement index, individualization.

Research goals: Theoretical analyse of the relevant determinations of the student's independency according to sociologic, philosophic, psychologyc and pedagogic aspect; offering the model of the education work which will speed up and improve student's independency in the profesional and human life.
